Dana is a self-motivated and relationship building leader who values building trust and relationships to produce transformative results. Dana has spent over 20 years serving educators and children. Through both accelerating and rewarding roles, she devoted the majority of her professional career to supporting statewide educational programs and executive-level leadership through mentoring, strategic planning, and implementation. 

 
Through one-on-one coaching and mentoring, Dana provides personal and professional growth opportunities through meaningful, insightful, and transformative experiences. Her passion for teaching and learning has resulted in a desire to serve those that give so much of themselves – educators. 

 
If you are in the education field and feeling overwhelmed and uninspired, Dana can help to sort out those thoughts and feelings while identifying next steps to get you back to what you truly love. As a former middle school teacher, Dana has a deep appreciation for the importance of strong and visionary leadership, with a focus on people first. 

Her love for teaching in a digital world led her to pursue advanced degrees in Educational Technology. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Vocational Business Education from Southern University A&M College, her Masters of Education with a concentration in Educational Technology from Northwestern State University, her Educational Specialist and Ph.D. in Computing Technology in Education from Nova Southeastern University. 

 
Dana is passionate about building relationships, cultivating partnerships, and growing educational communities and leaders. 

 
She is a wife and proud mother of two teenagers.
